Principal - $575.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Principal Members are individuals involved in the ownership, management, leasing, operation, or development of commercial real estate properties. This level includes all luncheons, plus membership in BOMA Memphis, BOMA Southern Region, and BOMA International.

Associate - $1,375.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Associate Members are companies or individuals who provide products or services to the commercial real estate industry—including vendors, suppliers, and professional service firms (legal, accounting, banking, architecture, engineering, insurance, etc.). This level includes all luncheons and full membership in BOMA Memphis, BOMA Southern Region, and BOMA International. Membership is managed to maintain the required 50:50 ratio with Principal Members.

Partner - $3,500.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Partner Members receive all benefits of Associate Membership with added visibility and access. This level is BOMA’s designated sponsorship tier and provides enhanced branding on BOMA Memphis materials, partner-only events, promotional opportunities, and additional partner passes. Designed for service companies seeking year-round exposure and deeper engagement.

Emerging Professionals - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments For property managers age 35 or under. This level offers a discounted rate of $250 per year for up to two years (Year 1 and Year 2). After two years, members renew at the standard Principal rate. This category provides full access to BOMA Memphis programs while supporting early-career professional development.

Industrial Principal - $375.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments For individuals who exclusively manage industrial buildings or facilities. This level includes all Principal Member benefits at a reduced rate tailored to the industrial sector.

Principal Plus - $550.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments This discounted rate applies when an organization enrolls three or more Principal Members. Includes all Principal benefits and supports larger teams working in property ownership, management, and operations.

Prospect Subscription period: Unlimited Prospects are individuals who have created an account but are not active members. They do not receive member benefits or access to member-only pricing or events.
