Registration

• A. Sporting Clay Tournament Sponsor – $4,500.00
  As the tournament sponsor, your company name and logo will be on a large banner at the entrance to the tournament, the BOMA Memphis website, the registration form and the T-shirts for all players. Sponsorship also includes a team and a tent to set up at Station 1 during the tournament.
• B. VIP/Ammo Sponsor – $3,000.00
  As the VIP/Ammo sponsor, your company name and logo will be on a sign at each Ammon check station (15 total) and the BOMA Memphis website. Sponsorship also includes a team for the event.
• C. Lunch Sponsor – $1,500.00
  As the Lunch sponsor, your company name and logo will be on a banner in the dining area and the BOMA Memphis website. During the lunch your representative will have the floor to give a 2-minute presentation to all players. Sponsor can also provide marketing materials at each table, for players to take home.
• D. Raffle/Door Prize Sponsor – $1,200.00
  As the Raffle/Door Prize sponsor, your company name and logo will be on a banner on the prize table, announced at the presentation and the BOMA Memphis website.
• E. Tent Sponsor- – $750.00
  As a tent sponsor, your company will have a table/tent at a designated location between stations. Your company name will be on the BOMA Memphis website. Sponsorship also includes a team. Sponsor MUST bring an item to raffle off to participants-Minimum value $100 and recommended to bring drinks/snacks.
• F. T-Shirt Sponsor – $1,000.00
  As the T-Shirt sponsor, your company logo will be on the T-Shirts provided to all players and volunteers (up to 130 people). Company name and logo will also be on the BOMA Memphis website. BOMA Memphis will provide T-Shirts.
• G. Photography Sponsor – $750.00
  As the photography sponsor, your company name and logo will be on every photo that is taken at the event by a professional photographer, the photographers safety vest and the BOMA Memphis website.
• H. Registration Table Sponsor – $750.00
  As the registration table sponsor, your company logo will be on a sign at the registration table and the BOMA Memphis website. One company representative will host the table where registrants will check-in and sign the required waivers upon arrival. Sponsor can also provide a company tablecloth and pens at the table.
• I. Sign Sponsor – $750.00
  As the sign sponsor, your company logo, as well as the BOMA Memphis logo, will appear in the corner of every sign and banner that is on display throughout the event and on the the BOMA Memphis website.
• J. Snack/Breakfast Sponsor – $650.00
  As the snack/breakfast sponsor, your company name and logo will be on the coffee sleeves, boxes of doughnuts, a sign with breakfast and the snacks for the event and the BOMA Memphis website. BOMA Memphis will supply the breakfast and snacks.
• K. Courtesy Cart Sponsor – $600.00
  As the courtesy cart sponsor, your company name and logo will be on a banner on the golf cart that gives rides, snacks and refreshments throughout the event. A company representative will be given the cart to drive during the event- you MUST attend the safety briefing. Your company name will also be on the BOMA Memphis website.
• L. Safety Equipment Sponsor – $500.00
  As the safety equipment sponsor, your company name and logo will be on a sign at the safety equipment table and on the BOMA Memphis website. One company representative can distribute the eye and ear protection to all the players after they register.
• M. Scorecard Sponsor – $500.00
  As the scorecard sponsor, your company logo will be on every team's scorecard that will be in the hands of every participant. Company name and logo will also appear on the BOMA Memphis website.
• Members Team Registration – $800.00
  Team registration ticket for teams of four players.
• N. Station Sponsor – $100.00
  As a station sponsor, you company name will be on a sign at a designated station and on the BOMA Memphis website.
• Non-Member Team Registration – $1,000.00
  Team of 4 players for the BOMA Memphis Sporting Clays Tournament. Includes ammo, safety gear, lunch, and T-shirts for all team members.
• O. Swag Bag Sponsor – $500.00
  As the swag bag sponsor, your company will provide a bag with your logo for each participant to carry all their gear needed for the tournament. Your company name will also be on the BOMA Memphis website. Sponsor must provide bags (Qty. 120) to BOMA Memphis by October 25, 2025.
